  • Project Support: Assist in the coordination of key projects, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, and leadership development initiatives.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required, ensuring accuracy and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Meeting Preparation & Follow-Up: Organize and prepare materials for leadership meetings, track action items, and follow up on outstanding tasks.
  • Data Management: Assist with data tracking, reporting, and analysis to support decision-making processes.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving efficiency and streamlining administrative processes.
  • Event Coordination: Assist in the planning and coordination of events, such as training sessions, team-building activities, and employee recognition programs.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in an administrative or HR support role, with exposure to HR functions (preferred).
  • Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with senior leaders and employees at all levels.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
  • Confidentiality: Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to manage challenges as they arise.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility and willingness to take on new tasks and learn in a constantly changing environment.
