We are seeking a meticulous and highly organized Demand Planning Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting our demand planning processes, generating insightful reports, and ensuring smooth operational execution. This role involves working closely with various BI tools, Excel, and other software to produce accurate data analysis and presentations for both executive and operational audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support weekly demand reviews, including generating OOS reports, identifying demand outliers, and analyzing forecast performance.
  • Generate Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings' reporting packages, preparing and presenting performance data to different Stakeholders.
  • Create comprehensive S&OP decks using BI tools and PowerPoint, integrating various data visualizations.
  • Monitor daily demand spikes, run alert systems, and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.
  • Participate in weekly and monthly operations and business meetings, updating action items and ensuring ongoing process improvements.
  • Review inventory management reports, Purchase Order pipeline, inventory health and excess inventory levels.

Overall Tasks:

  • Download and consolidate data from various portals and store them in designated folders.
  • Prepare detailed decks for executive reviews and operational alignment meetings.
  • Periodically refresh data pipelines in Excel to ensure up-to-date information.
  • Navigate BI systems (Tableau, Power BI, Looker) to extract and snapshot key outcomes.
  • Manage demand spike alerts and coordinate with internal stakeholders for prompt resolution.
  • Track and update action items from operations planning meetings.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to the demands and requirements of a fast-paced environment with multiple requirements and priorities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in supply and demand planning or a similar analytical role.
  • Advanced Excel skills and BI, data visualization tools. Knowledge of VBA, SQL and ODBC connections is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
