Role introduction
Reporting to the Global HR Director, with a full-time hybrid working arrangement in BGC Taguig.
The role involves designing and delivering HR processes and programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and supporting various HR functions such as performance management, employee compensation, career development, and employee relations.

The role involves designing and delivering HR processes and programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and supporting various HR functions such as performance management, employee compensation, career development, and employee relations.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assisting in the design and implementation of HR processes and programs.
- Developing and implementing HR policies and ensuring compliance with local labor laws.
- Addressing non-compliance issues promptly
- Conducting competition mapping, market intelligence reporting, and talent mapping
- Supporting employees in HR-related matters and promoting HR programs.
- Enhancing the candidate experience during recruitment, onboarding, and induction.
- Sourcing candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn.
- Planning and organizing HR engagement activities.
- Overseeing administrative tasks and assisting with employee business trips.
- Preparing payroll reconciliation reports and managing third-party payroll vendors
- Managing Health Insurance Vendor and preparing job offer analyses.
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related matters
- Should assist in these areas but not limited to employee on-boarding, off-boarding, and engagement; career development, performance management, coaching, compensation and rewards, employee relations, learning and development, and company compliance.
- Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in HR software and HRIS.
- Analytical skills for data analysis and report generation.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Leadership experience in HR projects or initiatives.
- Adaptability to changing HR trends and technologies.
