Job Title: Front-End Developer (Figma to HTML/CSS with Tailwind)

Job Type: Contract / Freelance (Potential for Ongoing Work)

About GloboHire:

At GloboHire, we connect top-tier remote talent with growing companies. We handle recruiting, onboarding, and HR, so you can focus on doing what you do best—building great things. This role is for one of our awesome clients, and you'll be working directly with their team on exciting projects.

The Role:

We're currently looking for a skilled Front-End Developer to help one of our clients bring their designs to life. You'll be responsible for taking Figma design files and converting them into responsive, clean HTML and CSS using TailwindCSS.

There may also be light JavaScript work and simple SvelteKit tasks involved, so experience with those is a nice bonus (but not a deal-breaker).

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Transform Figma designs into pixel-perfect HTML/CSS with TailwindCSS.
  • Ensure designs are responsive and look great on all devices.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
  • Add light interactive functionality with JavaScript as needed.
  • (Optional) Support simple SvelteKit integration—page layouts, routing, etc.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong experience with HTML5 and CSS3.
  • Expertise in TailwindCSS.
  • Proven ability to convert Figma designs into functional front-end code.
  • Solid grasp of responsive design principles.
  • Basic JavaScript skills.
  • Experience with SvelteKit is a plus (but not required).
  • High attention to detail and pride in delivering quality work.
  • Comfortable working independently and managing your own time.

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Experience with component-based frameworks like Svelte, React, or Vue.
  • Knowledge of accessibility best practices.
  • Prior experience working remotely with international teams.

What’s in It for You:

  • Work remotely from anywhere.
  • Flexible hours.
  • The opportunity to collaborate with a great client via GloboHire.
  • Potential for ongoing work if it’s a good fit!

How to Apply:

Send a brief intro about yourself, your portfolio (or relevant work samples), and any GitHub/CodePen links you’d like to share. If you’ve worked with SvelteKit before, definitely let us know!
