As our business expands, we’re seeking a superstar Candidate Engagement Specialist to join our team of trusted industry experts - based in Australia and the Philippines . Prior recruitment experience is preferred, but most importantly, a passion for search and selection, a drive to excel, and the eye to match the skills on a profile with a career-altering opportunity.

YOUR ROLE:

• Utilise the latest Recruitment Software & Social Platforms to engage with potential candidates
• Continuously develop and refine sourcing strategies to attract high-quality talent
• Conduct thorough screening processes, including resume and call screenings
• Ability to commit to a hybrid work schedule (2-3 days onsite)
• Engage and maintain trusted relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Collaborate with internal teams, providing support for assigned tasks and maintaining open communication
• Manage internal and external stakeholder expectations by delivering high-quality work on time and ensuring alignment with recruitment objectives
• Deliver administrative and ad-hoc tasks as needed
• Assist in meeting and schedule coordination
