Role description:
Roles at this level require experience and understanding of marketing and communications and are responsible for delivering elements of key functional activities and providing professional advice and support to stakeholders within the business and their direct team.
The Graphic Designer will be mainly responsible for supporting the various marketing campaigns and projects and assistance to the design team and Team Leads.

The Graphic Designer will be mainly responsible for supporting the various marketing campaigns and projects and assistance to the design team and Team Leads.
Reports to the Creative & Design Sr. Team Lead and Graphic Design Project Lead/Sr. Graphic Designer.
Role accountabilities:
Responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:
- Work with the design team and team leads for overall marketing support
- Must be able to cover revisions and amendments to files
- Handle advanced formatting of PowerPoint presentations and Word documents
- Handle various design-supporting collaterals for social and digital media
- Develop layout project for print and digital platform
- Handle video editing, animation, and basic storyboarding
- Can do basic visual conceptualization
- Be able to translate design brief
- Contribute to a range of internal projects and work with senior specialists to ensure programs of work are undertaken and project milestones are met
- Carry out tasks, such as the preparation of documentation, to support the implementation of projects to time and quality standards
- Identify and comply with the main principles relevant to Arcadis policies and procedures that govern standard work practices - including an understanding of Arcadis Brand Guidelines
- Provide feedback and recommendations for improvement of processes and systems
- Learn new design-related tools accessible to the team
- Develop a practical understanding of how processes and systems in own area of work relate to the wider organization
- Respond to and resolve inquiries and problems, judging when to pass complex queries on to or involve others, to provide effective service and clear advice to colleagues and customers
- Answer routine queries from the team related to own area of specialism, referring the more complex professional queries to the right department/colleague
- Resolve operational day-to-day problems referred from other functions of the business, ensuring an efficient and high-quality service is extended to all internal clients
- Learn new design-related tools accessible to the team
Qualifications & Experience:
Requirements:
- A graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design/Multimedia course or any related course.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience or equivalent.
- Proficient in Adobe software: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects
- Good understanding of graphic design
- Good understanding of the branding and its implementation
- Working knowledge in handling and translating project briefs
- Intermediate video editing and animation knowledge
- Intermediate to advance knowledge in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
- Positive attitude towards work, good interpersonal skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Effective time and work management skills
- Strong prioritization and multitasking skills
- Team player
- Good proofreading skills
