Duties And Responsibilities

  • Monitor daily building operations
  • Tending of equipment
  • Handling of repair and maintenance personnel teams
  • Monitoring of third-party service providers
  • Initial reviewer of submitted technical plans
  • Coordinate technical or repair concerns
  • Monitoring of construction/renovation/fit-out projects within the building
  • Coordination with tenant's project representatives regarding technical concerns
  • Assist in security access coordination
  • To propose improvements for operation related to power and water consumption, repair and maintenance, and systems efficiencies
  • Generation of report regarding repairs and maintenance
  • Updating of monitoring sheets for power and water consumption
  • PM reports filing and updating
  • Submission of reports to Chief Engineer and/or Property Officer
  • To uphold adherence to guidelines, house rules, and regulations in the building as policy implementor
  • Assist in coordination between management, tenants, and leasing departments
  • Documents handling and filing
  • Proper turnover of reports, issues, and concerns to the next Shift Engineer
  • Assistance with regard to technical aspect for events in the building
  • Assistance for technical inquiry from Leasing Department
  • Fulfilling of other works assigned by Chief Engineer and/or Property Officer necessary in fulfilling or improve his duties

Minimum Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess a bachelor's degree and professional license in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering
  • Preferably at least 2 years' experience in property management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
