Help Desk Support Specialist
Job Title: Support Desk Role (Level 1 - WordPress & Email Support)

Work Type: Full-time (Remote)
Work Hours: 9 AM - 5 PM Melbourne Time (with a 30-minute Paid lunch break).
About the Role
We are looking for a Level 1 Support Desk Agent to provide friendly and efficient technical support for WordPress and email-related queries. You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them troubleshoot issues, update WordPress sites, and manage basic email support tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Provide Level 1 support for WordPress sites and email accounts
Handle tickets efficiently using Zendesk
Assist with WordPress content edits and basic troubleshooting
Test WordPress sites after plugin updates to ensure functionality
Perform basic email support tasks like logging into accounts and resetting passwords
Track tasks and progress in ClickUp
Join a weekly meeting with the Support Desk Manager
Confidently answer occasional phone calls (approx. 1 per day)
Requirements
Experience with Zendesk or similar help desk tools
Basic WordPress knowledge (editing, testing plugins, troubleshooting)
Comfortable troubleshooting email login issues and password resets
Familiarity with ClickUp (or similar project management tools)
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Confident speaking with customers over the phone
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
WORK FROM HOME REQUIREMENTS :
- Minimum 10 MBPS internet connection.
- Backup internet connection (postpaid or prepaid).
- Laptop or desktop with updated operating systems (at least core i5 or higher).
- Backup laptop or desktop (at least core i5 or higher).
- Headset with microphone for clear communication.
- Willingness to use Time Doctor for monitoring.
- Maintain a noise-free work environment during working hours.
- Must not be currently employed full time elsewhere.
