About The Opportunity

Provide quality and efficient Client HR and Payroll Administration to Dayforce customers.

What You'll Get To Do

  • Perform a full range of customer out-sourced activities within Ceridian’s Managed Services offering, in a quality and efficient manner. This includes, but is not limited to the management and maintenance of:
    • New Hires and Terminations,
    • Leave Administrations,
    • 3rd party maintenance (managing partner clients including liaising with vendors),
    • Reporting,
    • Calendar of Events,
    • Change Controls,
    • Inquiry Management and Issue Resolution activities,
    • Year End activities,
    • Tax and Remittance / reconciliation,
    • Process documentation,
    • Maintaining a working knowledge of legislative requirements and changes.
  • Establish and maintain a deep understanding of customer’s requirements and their changing needs to ensure services delivered are as per contractual obligations and in accordance with customer SLAs.
  • Communicate effectively and consistently (in writing and verbally) to customers, employees, internal partners, 3rd party vendors in accordance with SLAs.
  • Deliver on established quality targets and continually review processes and tools with an aim to improve and optimize service experience.
  • Work cooperatively and collaboratively with others to meet customer’s needs.
  • Act as a back up to support during critical payroll timelines.
Skills And Experience We Value

  • 2 to 3+ years end to end payroll experience preferably in a high-volume payroll operations environment.
  • Japan payroll experience is not required. (a separate training will be provided).
  • Previous customer service experience working in a deadline driven work environment required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrates delivery of accurate and timely HR/Payroll services
