Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Service Team Lead at Agile Beyond BPO. The Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day customer service operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing the customer support team, and maintaining effective communication channels. This role is located in Clark Freeport and Special Economic Zone with the option for some work from home.

- Experience in handling customer inquiries and resolving issues
- Must have Freight Forwarding & Logistics experice of 5-10 years
- CargoWise certification is highly welcome
- RFQ - Tender management experience is an advantage
- Knowledge of CRM systems is a plus
