Job Description

  • Leads Brands Marketing Campaigns and Brand Activations (Strategy + Execution).
  • Responsible for Designing, Managing, and Evaluating Marketing Campaigns.
  • Works Closely with all Stakeholders (Regular Status and Performance reports directly to senior leadership, leads all GTM alignment between stakeholders)
  • Manages Budgets for marketing campaigns (Leads decisions to cut or bump up marketing spends)
  • Manages Brand Strategies and works closely with Marketing Ops, Digital & Design Teams for Execution Excellence (responsible for KPIs of all Marketing Campaigns and Third Party Agencies and Suppliers)
  • Brand Champion internally and externally, protecting retail brands' reputation and interests through all Marketing Communications and Campaigns
  • Represent the marketing team to cross-functional groups within the retail brands and its affiliates
  • Manage and Coordinate day-to day Marketing tasks across internal stakeholders and Third-Party Marketing Agencies/Suppliers
  • Ensure Campaign Timelines are met, and the team is prepared with contingency plans.
  • Analyze data to evaluate the success of all Marketing efforts and come up with new ideas to improve brand marketing and exposure
  • Lead Market research efforts to enhance Marketing Campaigns

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse team, setting clear priorities and goals.
  • Strong analytical skills to develop effective marketing strategies based on market research and consumer insights.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey ideas clearly and effectively.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques, including SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
  • Experience in managing budgets and understanding financial metrics to drive marketing effectiveness.
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments
  • Familiarity with the specific industry in which the organization operates, including current trends and competition
