Position: IT Recruiter

** Must have experience recruiting for positions/companies based in the US**

Job Description:

• Responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment.

• Source qualified candidates from Bayforce database, Linkedin and other job boards and apply strategic recruitment process using various sourcing channels.

• Conducts phone interviews to pre-screen candidates, verify their qualifications, availability, and rate/salary requirements.

• Present applicant resumes with Bayforce required format.

• Responsible for candidate control through the entire recruiting process to include other competitive interview information, obstacles from taking the job, obtaining the interview times both internally and externally, closing candidate on taking the job and follow up to ensure they have started.

• Schedule interviews with the account executive and hiring manager. Discuss requirement modifications with AE to be able to make recommendations on additional candidate pool and recruiting techniques and evaluating market conditions.

• Involved in recruiting passive candidates, through phone calls emails, texts, and general relationship building.

• Communicate with the AE on candidate status ie interview, candidate just took another role, etc.

• Foster a long-term relationship with candidates.

Requirements:

• Strong candidate management skills

• Well-versed in using Boolean search

• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

• Good planning and time management skills

• Willing to be trained
