Key Responsibilities
- Analyze sophisticated data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business strategies
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide real-time data insights to stakeholders
- Collaborate with multi-functional teams to capture their requirements and understand their business intelligence needs
- Implement effective data visualization techniques to present findings clearly and concisely
- Utilize various data analysis tools and technologies to enhance data collection and reporting processes
- Supervise and analyze performance metrics to assess organizational efficiency and effectiveness
- Identify opportunities for process improvements based on data-driven insights
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in business intelligence and analytics
- Assist in the development of data governance and data quality initiatives
- Contribute creative and innovative ideas to the team
- Co-develop and provide necessary documentation
- Perform other work-related duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or in a similar analytical role
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and databases (e.g., SQL)
- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects
- Experience supporting and working with multi-functional teams in a dynamic setting
- Proficient in business communication skills
- Experience with programming languages (e.g., Python, R)
- Understanding of machine learning techniques and their application in business contexts
- Familiarity with statistical analysis and tools
