  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

As an Accounting Staff you will be responsible for assisting in the production of financial reports, maintenance of Accounting records, and other reports as assigned. The position will be responsible for coordinating and assisting in the AP, AR, monthly, quarterly, and annual reconciliations, and annual auditing. Also, this position will be the one to assist the accounting manager in fulfilling his/her daily agenda and long-term objectives for the Department or Company.

PRIMARY TASKS, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Check and analyze accounting data based on submitted financial reports or statements
  • Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles
  • Proposes and publishes metrics and KPIs to be incorporated into monthly financials and scorecards
  • Reviews historical records, current operational data and forecasting information to identify and capitalize on system enhancement opportunities
  • Meet financial accounting objectives
  • Prepare budgeting reports and forecast revenues

JOB QUALIFICATION

  • Proven 6 months to - 1 year working experience as an Accounting position,
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
