Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily with the Area Supervisor/Team leader the movements of inventory of each assigned hub (incoming, outgoing and internal transfer – hub to hub)
  • Updates in the system the actual movements of inventory based on valid documents signed by Team leader/Technician
  • Receipts - Receiving of items from Main Warehouse, Direct Delivery (PO) or from Cash Advance/Reimbursement
  • Internal Transfer – Transfer of items from hub to another hub
  • Delivery Order – Delivery of items to customer
  • Stock Transfer Request – Requesting of items from Main Warehouse
  • Ensures timely and accurate encoding of Delivery Receipts (DR)
  • Follows up copies of DR from Team leader/Technician thru messaging app
  • Encodes DR in the Delivery Order dashboard of particular hub
  • Receives hard copy of DRs 1-2 days (OLA of Team leader/Technician) from served date (Follows up hard copy of DR from Team leader/Technician)
  • Creates Invoice from the encoded DRs
  • Forwards to Service staff the hard copy of DRs subject for invoicing
  • Ensures accurate recording of obsolescence, damaged goods, delivery returns and other inventory transactions
  • Maintain and review stock movement and recommend applicable reorder of each item in each hub
  • Ensures proper storage of products and materials
  • Maintain communication with Area Supervisor, Team leader and Technician of each hub
  • Prepares inventory reports as requested by immediate superior or Inventory Analyst/Accounting
  • Assists in actual inventory count and ensures actual count of items are matched with the system

  • Provide report on defective deliveries or noncompliance to specifications and coordinate with Purchasing and concerned Area Supervisor
  • Other tasks that may be assigned by the immediate superior

Minimum Qualifications

Position requirements:

  • Education: Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree/ Vocational Course
  • Experience: At least one (1) year of working experience in the same capacity or background.
  • Driver’s license is a plus
