You will support our business growth and accounting department by processing invoices, transactions, expenses as well as updating our accounting database. Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the day to day finance and accounting operations
  • Maintain all accounting records
  • Performs monthly bank reconciliation in all organizational bank
  • Tax return preparation and filing
  • Review of prepared payment vouchers
  • Responsible for various accounting forms
  • Petty Cash Custodian
  • Assist in preparation of documents required by manager
  • Performs any other related tasks given by Immediate Head

Qualifications

  • Candidate must posses at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Administration Major in Finance Management or it's equivalent
  • 1-4 years' of experience in handling General-Cost Accounting and expense accounting
  • Good in written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly detail-oriented and organized
  • Computer Literate
