Marketing Manager (Music Industry)
Executive search firm Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of the world's leading music company. Our client is looking for a Marketing Manager. The Marketing Manager plays a vital role in the seamless delivery, implementation, and execution of marketing campaigns and programs. He/She will provide strategic business support to both Domestic and International teams to ensure the successful achievement of campaign goals and KPIs. He/She will be responsible for managing team efficiency, capacity, growth, and communication of project status to both internal and external clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management & Execution: Collaborate with internal teams to assess project briefs and requirements. Assign resources, manage timelines, set expectations, ensure output quality, and achieve overall campaign goals.
- Marketing Services Oversight: Lead and oversee the efficient implementation of key marketing services, including: Media Relations, Digital Marketing, Influencer Marketing, Events Management, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Brand Standards & Quality Control: Ensure compliance with company and/or label brand standards, following quality control procedures throughout all marketing activities.
- Strategic Marketing Analysis: Conduct in-depth marketing analysis to identify opportunities for growth. Guide Domestic and International teams in shaping marketing strategies for continued success.
- Vendor & External Partner Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners such as ad/marketing agencies, media partners, and other key stakeholders.
- Marketing Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Manage, monitor, and review all marketing activities. Provide regular reports on results, ROI, and other relevant performance metrics.
- Budget Management: Oversee the budget for all marketing activities. Regularly analyze differences between projected and actual budget figures, identify discrepancies, and implement timely adjustments to improve forecast accuracy.
- Client Representation: Represent the Marketing Services team during internal and external client meetings and events when required.
- Internal Communication & Knowledge Sharing: Share strategies, progress updates, results, learning, and insights on relevant industry trends with the broader team to ensure alignment and ongoing improvement.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proven experience in managing marketing teams and large-scale marketing campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of the Philippines and international music industry.
- Expertise in various marketing disciplines, including media relations, digital marketing, influencer marketing, events management, and CRM.
- Strong project management skills with a focus on delivering results within scope, time, and budget.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess marketing performance and ROI.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with experience in client and vendor management.
- Experience in budget management and financial forecasting.
- Ability to think strategically and drive innovative marketing initiatives.
- Strong leadership and team management experience.
