As an Influencer Relations, your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute influencer strategies that boost our brand's visibility and reputation. You will work closely with the accounts team and other internal teams to build and maintain strong relationships with key influencers and personalities. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing and implementing influencer marketing campaigns to increase client visibility and engagement across social media platforms.
  • Identifying and connecting with key influencers, celebrities, and partners with significant social reach.
  • Developing content guidelines for influencers to ensure alignment with the brand’s goals and messaging.
  • Leading the dispatch of PR kits to media outlets, blogs, and influencers.
  • Assisting in conceptualizing PR kits for targeted influencers and key opinion leaders (KOLs).
  • Providing client consultancy from an influencer relations perspective during meetings or campaign planning.
  • Monitoring and documenting coverage generated from influencer engagements.
  • Building a network of influencers across various niches and categories to explore potential collaborations.
  • Preparing contracts or Memoranda of Agreement (MOAs) for paid partnerships and coordinating with agencies or handlers as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education: A degree in Business Studies, Marketing Management., or a similar discipline is advantageous.
  • Experience: Open to all experience levels | has a pre-existing relationships with top Philippine influencers & celebrities is a plus | In depth knowledge of social media marketing industry
  • Work Environment: Must be able to operate in a hybrid work setup.

  • Proven track record in outreach campaign strategies
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Independent, proactive, and self-motivated team player.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and dedicated, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and quickly adapt to new challenges.

INTERVIEW PROCESS:

  1. Exam Submission:

  3. Initial Interview:
  4. Once you pass the exam, we will schedule you for an initial interview within 2-3 working days after exam submission.
  5. Departmental Interview (Second Interview):
  6. If you pass the initial interview, a second interview will be scheduled 1 week after your initial interview. Please take note that it may take up to 2 weeks depending on the availability of the interviewer.
  7. Final Interview:
  8. The last step is the final interview with the CEO | Managing Director, which may take one week or more, depending on their availability.
