Job Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Writes, checks, negotiates, and executes agreements and of all contracts on behalf of the company.
  • Offers counsel on a variety of business legal issues including all Flash subsidiaries.
  • Advises executives within the company’s procedures and processes pertaining to legal aspect.
  • Works alongside other departments within the company together with the Legal specialists.
  • Advises on contract status, legal risks, and the legal liabilities associated with different business deals Flash's would like to enter.
  • Researches and anticipates legal issues against legal risks that could impact the company.
  • Reviews Flash's advertising and marketing materials to ensure that they are following legal requirements.
  • Provides training to the company and its officers on legal topics for compliance will law rules and regulations.
  • Attends company meeting for immediate legal consultation.
  • Represents Flash's in court or before government agencies.
  • May serve as corporate Public Relations Spokesperson.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law and bar passer.
  • Must have at least 7 years of litigation experience at an elite law firm, fintech or as part of an in-house legal team.
  • With at least 7 years experience in People Management.
  • Able to appreciate the business side of an issue, as well as the legal side -- and balance appropriately .
  • Provide accurate, reasonable, and concise advice on short notice without undue reliance on outside counsel.
  • Should know how to manage multiple, competitive projects and maintaining a strong focus on detail.
  • Possesses the self-confidence to make decisions and follow through with peers and management.
  • Willing to work on-site from Mondays to Fridays.
