As the Executive Assistant at Focus Global, you will be a key partner to our leadership team, driving the company's success through high-level administrative support and project management. Acting as a crucial liaison between executives and cross-functional teams, you will help ensure seamless operations and strategic execution.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Calendar Management
- Strategically manage executive schedules, prioritizing key meetings and daily tasks.
- Confidently communicate with stakeholders at all levels to ensure seamless coordination.
Travel Management
- Handle domestic and international travel arrangements, including visa processing, expense allocation, and itinerary planning.
- Conduct comparative analysis of flight options and essential travel costs to optimize efficiency and budget.
Leasing Management
- Draft and review contracts, ensuring compliance with regulations and agreed-upon terms.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets to conduct rental analysis and manage leasing documents efficiently.
Event Coordination
- Oversee planning and logistics for business activities, meetings, site visits, and corporate/non-corporate events.
- Ensure smooth event execution through effective communication with third-party vendors, VIPs, and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of Canva and Google Forms is a plus (for event registration, QR codes, and other materials).
Project Management & Administrative Support
- Track project milestones, manage timelines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Handle executive administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations and timely execution.
Research & Data Analysis
- Conduct research, gather insights, and present key data to support executive decision-making.
File & Confidential Information Management
- Secure and manage sensitive documents, including legal, financial, and compliance-related files, with integrity and discretion.
What Will Set You Up for Success:
3-5 years of experience in a similar role, with expertise in project management, administration, and stakeholder engagement.
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms) and Microsoft Excel.
Fast learner who can quickly grasp new concepts, technologies, and processes.
Adaptable and resourceful, thriving in a fast-paced corporate environment.
