- Create a seamless integration between our Redfin leads and Brevity CRM using Zapier, automating data flow and improving efficiency
- Generate insightful reports and analyze data to drive improvements in our client engagement strategies
- Respond promptly to client inquiries, maintaining a high standard of communication within the CRM
- Collaborate with team members to align CRM strategies with overall business goals
- Continuously research and suggest new CRM features and integrations to enhance our operations
- Proven experience with Brevity CRM, specifically in the real estate industry
- Proficiency in Zapier for creating integrations between platforms
- Strong understanding of real estate processes and terminology
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a remote environment
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Experience in generating reports and analyzing CRM data for business insights
- Familiarity with real estate lead generation and nurturing processes
- Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and software updates
