Position Objective:
The Account Manager will play a strategic role in managing client relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction with Hacktiv Colab Inc.'s products, solutions, and services (e.g., Microsoft and others). As a managerial position, this role involves leading account strategy, overseeing account operations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results. A deep understanding of Microsoft technologies and a proven track record in account management are essential.
Roles and Responsibilities
Leadership and Strategy
Develop and execute strategic account management plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Lead initiatives to enhance customer engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
Serve as a mentor and guide for junior team members, providing direction and support as needed.
Customer Relationship Management
Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients, partners, and suppliers (e.g., Microsoft as both customer and partner).
Proactively engage with clients to understand their business challenges, goals, and objectives.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring alignment between their needs and Hacktiv’s solutions and services.
Solution Delivery and Support
Coordinate with R&D, Solutioning, Service Delivery, Training, and Support teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.
Oversee issue resolution processes to guarantee client satisfaction and prompt problem-solving.
Continuously monitor and enhance service delivery standards for assigned accounts.
Revenue Growth and Business Development
Identify and capitalize on upselling and cross-selling opportunities within assigned accounts.
Lead the development of proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
Drive the acquisition of new accounts and partnerships to expand the customer base.
Contract Management and Negotiation
Lead complex contract negotiations and renewals with clients and partners.
Ensure agreements are aligned with client expectations and organizational goals.
Monitor contract performance and ensure compliance with agreed-upon terms.
Data Analysis and Reporting
Use CRM tools to track account performance, pipeline opportunities, and customer interactions.
Analyze account data to generate actionable insights and forecasts for leadership.
Prepare and present reports on account activities, performance metrics, and growth opportunities.
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Technology, or a related field.
Experience
At least 5 years of experience in account management, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Strong background in IT services or technology solutions, with knowledge of Microsoft technologies such as Microsoft 365, Azure, and Dynamics 365.
Proven success in leading strategic account initiatives and achieving sales growth.
Skills
Excellent leadership and people management abilities.
Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders.
Analytical mindset with experience in using CRM tools and sales analytics.
Expertise in strategic planning and the ability to implement actionable growth plans.
