Job Summary:

The HR Intern will provide support in one of the following HR functions: HR Business Partner, Employee Experience, or Labor Relations. This role offers hands-on experience in HR processes and initiatives, contributing to the success of the department and overall employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Depending on the assigned function, responsibilities may include:

HR Business Partner:

  • Support in employee data management and reporting.
  • Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Participate in employee engagement initiatives and HR projects.

Employee Experience:

  • Help plan and execute employee engagement activities and recognition programs.
  • Assist in collecting and analyzing employee feedback.
  • Support initiatives to improve workplace culture and employee satisfaction.

Labor Relations:

  • Assist in maintaining employee records related to labor relations.
  • Support in drafting and reviewing HR-related documentation and policies.
  • Observe and support grievance and disciplinary procedures under supervision.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in HR functions and employee relations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Good organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic HR environment.
