Job Summary:
The HR Intern will provide support in one of the following HR functions: HR Business Partner, Employee Experience, or Labor Relations. This role offers hands-on experience in HR processes and initiatives, contributing to the success of the department and overall employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Depending on the assigned function, responsibilities may include:
HR Business Partner:
- Support in employee data management and reporting.
- Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Participate in employee engagement initiatives and HR projects.
Employee Experience:
- Help plan and execute employee engagement activities and recognition programs.
- Assist in collecting and analyzing employee feedback.
- Support initiatives to improve workplace culture and employee satisfaction.
Labor Relations:
- Assist in maintaining employee records related to labor relations.
- Support in drafting and reviewing HR-related documentation and policies.
- Observe and support grievance and disciplinary procedures under supervision.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interest in HR functions and employee relations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic HR environment.
