JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing the efficient product storage and dispatch handling of finished poultry products, packaging materials, and raw materials. The role ensures high compliance with the food safety standards, inventory accuracy, variance management, and smooth coordination with other departments such production, logistics, quality assurance, and human resource teams.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain Management and Business Management, or a related field, is an advantage.

• Work Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a senior warehouse and supply and inventory operational roles in a poultry dressing plant.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

1. Excellent knowledge of standard poultry processing production, biosecurity, food safety, SAP controls, inventory, and variance management.

2. Highly mobile and/or can travel anywhere in the country at any time.

3. With solid exposure on plant operation productivity indexes.

4. Expert on manning and deployment optimizations.

5. Warehouse FIFO / FEFO effective implementations.

6. Continual and systemic production line balancing improvement.

7. Warehousing and Inventory Management 8. Product Quality Assurance

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Strictly implements Safety and Health company policy and activities.

• Knowledge of warehouse management systems (SAP).

• Oversee the receiving, storage, and dispatch of poultry products, packaging materials, and raw materials.

• Ensure proper inventory management, stock accuracy, and FIFO/FEFO implementation.

• Maintain high compliance with food safety, good manufacturing/warehouse practices, and workplace safety and health regulations. Excellent coordination with production, quality assurance, logistics, and human resource for efficient distribution.

• Manage and supervise warehouse key personnel and staff ensuring productivity.

• Reduce costs by implementing warehouse optimization strategies to improve efficiency.

• Strict good manufacturing/warehouse practices implementations and controls to prevent spoilages/condemnation. • Prepare/submit periodic reports on warehouse SAP inventory levels, shrinkage performances.

• Close monitoring and maintenance of all warehouse of warehouse equipment and facilities.

• Propose improvements and efficiency programs.
