•Executes warehouse activities and assists the Team Head in monitoring the performance of Third-Party Logistics (3PL) providers, ensuring strict adherence to warehouse standard operating procedures and established policies
•Assists in monitoring 3PL provider performance by analyzing data and ensuring the regular update of the performance scorecard.
•Conducts spot counts in the 3PL-managed facilities to verify the accuracy of their daily system transactions.
•Conducts and records inventory count results in collaboration with the Company’s authorized representatives.
•Facilitates the correction of erroneous entries in the Enterprise Resource Planner (ERP) and implements corrective measures to prevent recurring deviations.
• Conducts routine inspections of all warehouses within the assigned area of responsibility, ensuring the proper execution of all activities and the maintenance of warehouse contents, while promptly addressing any exceptions requiring management intervention.
• Alerts 3PL representatives to any deviations from the agreed and documented standards governing warehouse activities.
• Provides logistical support to various Network Logistics Division sub-teams, subsidiaries, and affiliates as needed.
• Represents the Division in the assigned area/region and escalates matters requiring executive intervention to the immediate superior.
Coordinates with colleagues in performing regular duties and responsibilities.
Basic Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree holder, preferably in Logistics, Inventory Management, or Procurement.
•At least 2 years of related experience in warehousing activities.

•Highly proficient in MS Office, with advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and data visualization.
•Good Interpersonal Skills (Oral and Written)
•Excellent attention to detail
•Experience with analytical tools (such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
