Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Key Accounts Officer (Ecommerce) located in Manila. The Key Accounts Officer will be responsible for managing key accounts, developing and implementing campaign strategies for the brands, handling customer service inquiries, analyzing financial statements, and performing finance-related tasks. The officer will also be tasked with developing and maintaining relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and compliance with company policies. Working closely with various departments, the Key Accounts Officer will help drive strategic initiatives and achieve business objectives.
Qualifications
- Graduate of Marketing, Business, Communication, and related field
- Relevant experience in account management and in ecommerce platforms (Lazada, Shopee, TikTok, etc.)
- Strong Analytical Skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Open to work daily on site in Manila (Monday - Friday)
