We’re seeking a driven Sales Development Representative to help us expand our network of accounting and finance talent and clients. You’ll be the voice of BullsEye, connecting with potential candidates and businesses daily, while building relationships that turn opportunities into lasting partnerships.

What You’ll Do

  • Make 50–70 calls daily to source accounting/finance professionals (CPAs, Controllers, CFOs) and business development leads.
  • Craft compelling narratives about career opportunities and BullsEye’s value to attract top talent.
  • Work closely with our small team to refine strategies, share insights, and drive results.
  • Update our CRM with candidate/client interactions and nurture leads through the pipeline.

What We’re Looking For

  • Communication Skills: Fluent English with the ability to simplify complex ideas, build rapport quickly, and tell engaging stories.
  • BD Experience: Prior experience in recruitment, sales, or business development (bonus points for accounting/finance niches).
  • Resilience: Thrive in a high-call-volume environment and turn “no’s” into future opportunities.
  • Growth Mindset: Eager to learn, adapt, and grow within a fast-paced recruitment environment.
  • Remote-Ready: Self-motivated with a quiet workspace and reliable internet.
  • Bonus Points: Experience in recruitment (ideally within accounting/finance roles) or familiarity with senior financial leadership positions such as CPA, Controller, or CFO.
