Job Summary

As an Account Manager, you will play a vital role in managing and retaining key merchants to drive transaction growth. Your responsibilities include building relationships, resolving client issues, and expanding product categories through Dragonpay programs. Strategic planning and communication are key, as you will manage interactions with merchants, negotiate contracts, oversee budgets, drive new activations, collaborate across departments to ensure client satisfaction and achieving sales targets.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage, maintain, and retain existing key merchants to generate transaction increments
  • Resolving key client issues and complaints
  • Build stronger business relationships and maximize this through activating other product categories and participating in implementing Dragonpay programs
  • Strategic planning and presenting reports on assigned merchants, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with internal and top management
  • Analyze client data to provide customer relationship management
  • Managing communications with internal teams, negotiating contracts, overseeing budgets, and collaborating with various departments to ensure client needs are met

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Preferably at least 2+ years of sales, relationship management, and/or customer support experience with clear results and a strong track record
  • Ability to convey ideas clearly and persuasively, converse fluently, and write coherently in English
  • Has good interpersonal skills, problem-solving skills, and a strong customer service orientation
  • Self-starter who can work autonomously with minimal supervision
  • Willing to work on-site, Monday to Friday, at the Marikina office
