Recruitment Associate
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Recruitment Associate with at least one year of end-to-end recruitment experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and managing candidates throughout the hiring process while ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create job descriptions.
- Source candidates using various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct initial interviews and assess candidate qualifications based on job requirements.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate and timely candidate information.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience by providing timely updates and feedback.
- Assist in employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing strategies.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of one year of experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in IT, HR, Sales, or Customer Service roles.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Manatal or JobDiva is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and recruitment tools.
