We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Recruitment Associate with at least one year of end-to-end recruitment experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and managing candidates throughout the hiring process while ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create job descriptions.

  • Conduct initial interviews and assess candidate qualifications based on job requirements.
  • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate and timely candidate information.
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience by providing timely updates and feedback.
  • Assist in employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing strategies.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in IT, HR, Sales, or Customer Service roles.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Manatal or JobDiva is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and recruitment tools.
