MultiplyMii is in search of a Customer Service Agent who will be working with our client based in Israel. Our client is an online prescription delivery service company who caters to US and other countries in providing brand and generic prescription medication.
As a Customer Service Agent you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through various channels including inbound and outbound calls, chat and email.
Beyond your experience, we are also looking for someone who has a strong verbal and written communication, and ability to articulate information clearly and effectively.

In This Role, You Will Be Responsible For

- Customer Interaction. Resolving customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Order Management. Placing and adjusting orders on the company’s website
- Maintaining a positive and calm demeanor at all times
- Providing accurate and helpful information to customers
- Handling inbound and outbound calls as well as Chat and Email
Core qualifications:
- 3-5 years of Customer Service Experience
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Proficiency in using computers and customer service software
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Has good attention to detail
- Experienced with Zendesk
- Experienced with CRM tools (Ex. Woocommerce)
- Laptop/Computer (at least 8GB RAM)
- Headset (preferable noise canceling microphone)
- Fast/Stable Internet Connection (At least 10 mbps)
