Role Overview

We’re seeking a Multimedia Artist who can design and produce high-quality multimedia content across various platforms. This role requires a creative visionary with strong technical skills in graphic design, animation, video production, and interactive media. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure all content aligns with project goals, engages target audiences, and adheres to brand guidelines. As a key contributor to Creative Services, you will drive innovation in multimedia storytelling, leveraging AI and emerging technologies to enhance creative execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize, design, and produce multimedia content, including graphics, animations, videos, and interactive elements, tailored for multiple platforms (Meta, TikTok, DSPs, Ad Networks and various affiliates).
  • Ensure brand consistency by adhering to creative guidelines and project objectives while delivering engaging and visually compelling content.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align creative execution with strategic goals and performance insights.
  • Manage production workflows, from pre-production planning to post-production, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.
  • Incorporate AI tools and automation to optimize content production and enhance creative output.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends in multimedia design, video editing, and interactive production to drive innovation.
  • Optimize assets for different platforms, including mobile, web, social media, and digital advertising.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in multimedia production, motion graphics, video editing, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) or similar tools.
  • Strong storytelling and visual communication skills with a deep understanding of composition, typography, and color theory.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with performance-driven creative strategies, including A/B testing and optimizing assets based on engagement metrics.
  • Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to communicate creative ideas effectively across teams.
