Responsibilities

  • Enter information into databases as collected upon forms or spreadsheets
  • Review all data for errors and report and unusually findings to management
  • Collect and determine completed of all information before entering data into software programs
  • Use data provided to locate information online.
  • Research online sites to find all the necessary data and input it, in the correct format, into spreadsheets.
  • Check data for accuracy.
  • Respond to customer enquiries via online chat or email using our CRM
  • Follow up with customers to ensure they have updated their listings and all information is correct.
  • Assist new customers in creating their online listings, taking them through the steps or doing it for them when necessary
  • Process refunds, upgrades and other customer requests according to internal procedures

  • Proficient in using Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
