This Level 2 Helpdesk role, reporting directly to the AU Client, focuses on providing technical support to business sector clients, handling inquiries, and contributing to project delivery.

The ideal candidate should be proficient in Microsoft 365 and Windows technologies, with the ability to troubleshoot diverse end-user issues. This role also includes exposure to Level 3 support tasks, requiring strong IT problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical recommendations that align with customer requirements, shifting from a break-fix model to a solution-focused approach.
  • Diagnose and resolve Level 2 and Level 3 faults for in-scope technologies.
  • Escalate complex issues by creating tickets for Level 3 support.
  • Monitor and manage customer incidents, requests, and tasks, ensuring SLA targets are met.
  • Design, build, and support new infrastructure technologies and services.
  • Follow ITIL frameworks to minimize customer-impacting incidents.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation and procedures.
  • Provide on-site (deskside) support as needed.
  • Handle escalations from Level 1 support.
  • Deliver technical support across the organization, ensuring structured problem-solving and effective solutions.

Desirable Skills & Experience:

  • At least 3 years of Support Experience
  • Windows and macOS operating systems.
  • Microsoft 365 administration.
  • Datto backup solutions.
  • Multi-cloud experience (Azure/Azure AD).
  • Azure/Microsoft Teams Voice experience (highly regarded).

Work Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (AU Eastern Time) | 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM (PH Time)
