The Communications & Events Specialist supports the conceptualization, planning, implementation, and management of employee events, rewards and recognition programs, CSR, and engagement activities and internal communications in ROHQ and/or TCP. The role ensures effective coordination with function representatives, cross-functional teams, and external vendors while aligning with organizational goals.   • Assists in creating detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables for communications and events, ensuring clear task delegation and adherence to deadlines.
  • Collaborates with Team EnCORE, the event committee, HR, Procurement, and external vendors to support event concept creation and communications strategies.
  • Develops and manages creative content for events, including design, promotion, themes, décor, registration processes, program outlines and scripts, announcements, and newsletters.
  • Updates and maintains accurate data in the events management system (A-TEAMS) and ensures effective tracking for both communications and events metrics.
  • Develops and implements strategies to drive event participation and increase overall employee engagement through targeted communications.
  • Designs and executes multimedia campaigns across internal communication channels, including email, intranet/internal social media platforms, digital signages, and physical collateral.
  • Maintains documentation, including event repositories (photos, videos) and communications archives, and assists in post-event and communications analytics.
  • Monitors communications and events budget to ensure alignment with approved financial plans.
  • Ensures compliance with organizational standards and external requirements (legal, health, and

safety).

  • Handles special projects, or assignments, as needed with professionalism and adaptability.
