CORE PROFILE: The Senior Territory Solution Associate is a results-oriented and experienced sales personnel that manages relations with accredited partner & agents. They drive the achievement of the daily daily/monthly/quarterly/annual targets through its partners & aggregator. It is expected that the individual has area sales & financial management expertise in the assigned territory both in operational / day-to-day management and competitor monitoring.

What you need to succeed:

  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets
  • Manages the total growth of the Area assigned in terms of Maya GTV & Uses Cases of the MSME segment
  • Grow the business in the assigned territory through managing its Account & Maya Agent
  • Operationalize cascaded plans by creating strategies as suitable to the area
  • Ensure that all partners and agents are trained and knowledgeable of our product and use cases including Maya Bank products for retail agents
  • Conduct regular meetings with MSAP, MA Partners, & Maya Agents to cascade and monitor sales performance
  • Maintain relationships with Accredited Partners, & Maya agents including immediate after sales servicing.

What we are looking for:

  • Graduate of Business Management, Marketing, or any other related field.
  • Knowledgeable in Sales Account & Relationship Management
  • Knowledgeable in e-wallets and payments ecosystem
  • Preferably, at least 3-5 years experience in Sales and Client Management or Business Development.
  • Knowledge in financial technologies and other intersecting industries is a plus.
  • Must be based in NCR and willing to handle NCR & Palawan areas.
