Key Responsibilities:

  1. Supports the People, Organization and Talent Development Sr. Manager People, Organization and Talent Development Sr. Manager in the development of the organization's overall people strategy in the pillars of capabilities, learning and development, performance management, and process improvements to support business objective and drive organizational performance
  2. Supports performance management system that ensures alignment of business objectives and measurement of individual performance and its contribution to business growth
  3. Supports leadership and capability development programs to capacitate leaders with the skills and tools to upskill talents to and develop future successors
  4. Designs, develops and implements effective learning delivery methods, including instructor - led training, virtual learning, ad blended learning approaches
  5. Measures and analyzes the effectiveness of learning programs through key metrics and feedback mechanisms, making data-driven improvements as needed
  6. Stays updated on industry best practices and emerging trends to ensure the organization is market competitive, if not an industry leader

Job Specifications:

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or any related field
  2. Minimum 3 years' experience in Capabilities, Learning, and People and Development
  3. Has experience in identifying and assessing complex problems, and the ability to create innovative solutions with vision, ideas and creativity
  4. Has experience in module creation and in facilitating trainings and learning modules
  5. Must demonstrate strong knowledge of learning theories, instructional design principles, and adult learning methodologies
  6. Must demonstrate analytical and problem solving skills, strategic thinking, communication and presentation skills, and project management skills
