- Job Title: Freelance Senior Web Designer
- Contract: Part-time (20hrs per week)
- Salary: AUD $1500 - $1750/month (currently PHP 50,000 - 63,000/month, on a part-time 20hr contract)

- Working Hours: Flexible (Remote) - Deliverables-based
- Technically skilled with a strong digital portfolio
- Comfortable working on sensitive and socially impactful projects
- Proactive and independent, able to manage projects on an as-needed basis
Key Tech Stack Experience:
- WordPress (custom themes, plugins, and optimisation)
- WooCommerce or Shopify (for eCommerce integration)
- Membership portal management (experience with WordPress plugins or custom solutions)
- SEO & Accessibility (WCAG compliance)
- UX/UI best practices (user-centric design, conversion optimisation)
- Website project management & proposal writing
- Experience working with not-for-profits, charities, advocacy groups or purpose-driven organistions
- Expertise in content migration & structuring large-scale websites
- Strong budgeting, timelines, and deliverables management
- Clear communication and documentation skills
