Job Description
- Collaborate with IT Teams to define project scope and schedule for IT Infrastructure and other projects.
- Organize and lead project status and working meetings, including preparing and distributing progress reports to team members and leadership.
- Develop and facilitate an issue reporting and resolution process. Escalate irresolvable issues promptly to ensure quick response and corrective actions to keep projects on track.
- Support C-Levels for project deliverables, assist with stakeholder communications and actively support governance processes.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience implementing information technology projects using agile or traditional project management methodologies.
- Expert knowledge of IT best practices, policies and regulations
- In-depth understanding of ITSM, Server Management (Cloud and Bare Metal) Network Management
- 3- 5 years experience handling teams of at least 5, multi- timezon experience is a plus
- Black Belt level project Management including organization, planning time management and prioritization
- Excellent Communication Skills, able to present to ExCom level audience with ease and grace
- Detail oriented, self -motivated, starter that does not need handholding
- Excellent Communication skills
- Telco industry preferred.
