  • Communicate with insurance companies to open and manage claims
  • Provide support and guidance to clients throughout the legal process

Qualification:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in personal injury case management, with a strong track record of managing cases effectively
  • Highly motivated with a professional demeanor
  • Able to work independently and handle a high volume of cases
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other legal software
  • High school diploma required, but a Bachelor's degree is preferred
  • Excellent communication and organization skills
