Overview: The Partner Onboarding Associate will contribute to existing and new client provisioning of solutions for the partner merchants, digital bank, and other future Maya solution. He/she will oversee end to end processing of requests for Maya partners onboarding and account maintenance. He/she must be able to work on a fast-paced environment while still able to meet SLA and perform proper due diligence. The role requires a graduate of business course and preferably with experience in fintech or financial institution.
What you will be doing:
- Checking and validation of partner information and documents.
- Enhanced due diligence (if applicable).
- Validation and endorsement of other account-related requests (i.e. additional user credentials, modification of system access, updating of records, etc.).
- Creation of partner accounts across various platforms.
- Post-validation of partner information, documents, and other requirements as needed
- Updating of all relevant trackers for reporting purposes.
- After-sales customer servicing and processing of requests.
- Proactive and accurate monitoring of Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Process improvements and collaboration with cross-functional teams for product and process automation.
- Active participation in process improvement brainstorming, user acceptance testing, and implementation of new tools and/or process improvement involving Operations Team.
What we are looking for:
- Graduate of any 4-year business course
- With Operations experience in Fintech or any Financial Institution for at least 3 years , preferably in deposit account opening, partner onboarding and/or account provisioning
- Has excellent written, oral communication and presentation skills
- Able to work efficiently and effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Possesses a keen eye for detail
- Comfortable working with numbers and able to generate insightful and accurate reports
- Highly adaptable and flexible, able to work within a group or as an individual contributor.
