Position Functions

  • Registration of personnel measures (admission, transfer, dismissal, granting of all types of leave), application of disciplinary sanctions, etc. within the framework of personnel administration in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
  • Keeping records and storing work books (including making relevant entries about awards and incentives and maintaining relevant records), forming and maintaining personal cards II-2 and personal files of employees.
  • Drawing up a vacation schedule and monitoring its compliance in accordance with current legislation.
  • Preparation of materials in accordance with the established procedure for submitting documents to the Pension Fund for the assignment of pensions based on the calculation of length of service.
  • Preparation and provision of certificates from the place of work, copies of work books, orders, etc.
  • Participation in the preparation of monthly reports on the number, composition and movement of personnel, provision of information and analytical reports on operational requests regarding personnel according to various criteria.
  • Accounting for the personnel of structural units and preferential categories of employees.

Required Skills And Knowledge

  • Higher education.
  • From 2 years in a similar position.
  • Application of the Labor Code of Ukraine and other legislative acts, regulatory documents regarding maintaining work books, personnel administration, registration of pension cases, vacations, etc.
  • Knowledge of the procedure for establishing the names of employees' professions in accordance with the Classifier of Professions, calculating total and insurance length of service.
  • High level of skills in MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook), SAP (preferred), MeDoc.
