As a Logistics Coordinator, you'll manage export operations, ensuring timely and efficient delivery to customers. You'll collaborate with key stakeholders such as suppliers, forwarders, and internal teams and your efforts will directly support a trusted brand, ensuring seamless delivery for adventurers in the market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure smooth export services.
  • Provide customer support by analyzing ways to reduce freight costs and resolving issues with the Customer Service team.
  • Process export orders and collaborate with the freight forwarders to ensure schedules are kept at a standard until delivery to the customers.
  • Ensure compliance by maintaining Tariff Codes, preparing Certificates of Origin, and providing updated documentations/reports.
  • Liaise with Customer Services, Freight Forwarders, and Warehouse teams on issues and dispatch status.


Skills, Experience & Qualification

  • At least 4 years' proven experience in International Logistics and Export Management. Experience in Supply Chain Management is a plus.
  • Advanced Excel proficiency and experience in ERP systems preferably Netsuite or similar.
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills with a track record of managing stakeholder relationships.
  • Team player with strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Highly organized with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities.
