Work Mode – 4x onsite, 1x wfh , Onsite (Mon – Fri)

Job Description

  • Collaborate with IT Teams to define project scope and schedule for IT Infrastructure and other projects.
  • Organize and lead project status and working meetings, including preparing and distributing progress reports to team members and leadership.
  • Develop and facilitate an issue reporting and resolution process. Escalate irresolvable issues promptly to ensure quick response and corrective actions to keep projects on track.
  • Support C-Levels for project deliverables, assist with stakeholder communications and actively support governance processes.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience implementing information technology projects using agile or traditional project management methodologies.
  • Expert knowledge of IT best practices, policies and regulations
  • In-depth understanding of ITSM, Server Management (Cloud and Bare Metal) Network Management
  • 3- 5 years experience handling teams of at least 5, multi- timezon experience is a plus
  • Black Belt level project Management including organization, planning time management and prioritization
  • Excellent Communication Skills, able to present to ExCom level audience with ease and grace
  • Detail oriented, self -motivated, starter that does not need handholding
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Telco industry preferred.
