The LEASING SALES MANAGER will be managing all leasing sales activities of the company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing leasing strategies, increasing pipelines and leads, managing a team, and driving occupancy as well as leased rates.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales growth and hit sales forecasts.

• Develop and execute leasing strategies to increase pipeline and leads and maximize occupancy and revenue for the properties.

• Establish and maintain relationships with prospective tenants and real estate brokers

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

• Oversee the entire leasing process, including lead generation, oculars, negotiations, and contract execution

• Collaborate with marketing team to create promotional campaigns and advertising collaterals for available properties.

• Monitor and report on leasing performance, occupancy rates, rental income, and revenue targets.

• Ensure compliance with real estate laws, company policies, and local regulations regarding property leasing.

• Other responsibilities which the management may assign from time to time.

Qualifications

• Candidate must have a bachelor’s degree or Post Graduate Diploma/Master's Degree

• Candidate must have at least three years of experience handling real estate sales

• Must have excellent written and oral communication skills

• Must have advanced working knowledge on MS Office and Google Workspace

• Has the ability to create and present comprehensive reports to management

• Must be able to work independently and can easily adapt in a fast-paced environment
