  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

As Plant Manager, you are expected to ensure the timely execution of approved production schedules and processes, adhering to product quality standards, efficient materials movement, handling, and safekeeping on the site, and in-line maintenance activities are carried out on time.

What we're looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree graduate of Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience, preferably in similar industry (FMCG or Food Manufacturing)
  • Proven track record of success in implementing manufacturing programs and business/continuous improvement initiatives
  • Extensive knowledge of food manufacturing processes, supply chain process
  • Knowledge of safety regulations, environmental standards, and compliance requirements
  • Ability to manage the interests and expectations of various stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to generate reports and presentations for updates to the Operations Manager
  • Technical background and proficiency in manufacturing software and other relevant tools to monitor production metrics, analyze data, and drive operational improvements
  • Willing to be based in any parts of Luzon or Mindanao
