Job Overview

We are looking for a Biomedical Engineer to join our team and support the development, maintenance, and troubleshooting of medical equipment and devices. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in biomedical engineering and a strong understanding of healthcare technology. You will play a key role in ensuring that all medical equipment operates safely, efficiently, and in compliance with industry standards.

Your Responsibilities

  • Install, maintain, and repair medical equipment and devices to ensure optimal performance and patient safety.
  • Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance of medical devices in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to evaluate equipment performance and address technical issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions, coordinating with vendors when necessary.
  • Document all maintenance and repair activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory and safety guidelines.
  • Provide training and technical support to medical staff on the safe use of equipment.
  • Stay updated on the latest biomedical technologies and regulatory changes affecting equipment and processes.
  • Support the procurement team in evaluating new medical technologies and recommending appropriate solutions.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical Engineering or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Biomedical Engineer, preferably within a healthcare or medical device setting.
  • Strong knowledge of medical equipment functionality, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
  • Familiarity with regulatory standards and safety protocols (e.g., DOH, FDA, ISO).
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively collaborate with medical and technical teams.
