Summary:

The Eyewear Manager is in-charge of ensuring the highest level of customer experience and maintaining the operations and visual presentation of 2 to 6 malls. This role is also responsible for overseeing and conducting customer transactions through the Point-of-Sale System, and developing and training staff, customer service, maintaining a current and correct inventory and ensuring that financial objectives are met and that all aspects of store are always running smoothly.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Delegating and supervising business operations
  • Making sure that 100% customer service is being observed in the stores handled
  • Training, Motivating and Coaching employees as they provide attentive, efficient service to customers, assessing employee performance and providing helpful feedback and training opportunities
  • Resolving conflicts or complaints from customers and employees
  • Audits the processes being performed by team members to ensure everything is up to company standard
  • Manages inventory by making sure request are made if needed and deliveries are on time. Ensures that inventory count is 100% accurate and zero loss
  • Continuously analyze information and develop new processes that are more effective and efficient
  • Establishing and achieving business profit objective
  • Generating reports and presenting information to upper-level managers
  • Ensuring staff members follow company policies and procedures Maintenance of the store, planogram execution, stockroom organization should all be observed
  • Other duties to ensure the overall health and success of the business Assist in any AD-HOC task needed by brand

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree/Extensive experience
  • Has 2+ years of experience in retail operations
  • Knowledge of retail management best practices
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical skills with a goal‐oriented attitude
  • Financial acumen
  • Customer management skills
  • Previous related experience in retail operations
