A. Responsibilities
- Gather market information, competitor analysis, and customer insights.
- Build and manage online sales channels in the fields of cosmetics, milk, andfunctional foods.
- Develop and implement online sales plans.
- Manage and evaluate the performance of the team.
- Create management processes, and train and develop staff skills.
- Handle and resolve issues arising during employee consultations and workprocesses.
- Report sales and inventory regularly and unexpectedly to the Board of Directors.
