Admin Support – Energy Management
Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Admin Support professional to join our Energy Management Team. This role will be responsible for supporting the team with data collection from sites, compiling energy audit reports, and assisting with the processing of Permits to Work (PTW) for site access. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative and organizational skills, with an eye for accuracy in handling energy-related data and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Collection & Reporting:
o Gather and organize energy data from various sites.
o Assist in compiling energy audit reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
o Maintain databases and records related to energy performance and site visits.
Permit to Work (PTW) Processing:
o Assist in processing and coordinating Permits to Work (PTW) for site access.
o Ensure all required documents and approvals are in place before site visits.
o Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth access to sites.
General Administrative Support:
o Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining records.
o Coordinate communications between the Energy Management Team and other departments.
o Support the team with document control and compliance-related paperwork.
o Handle general inquiries related to energy management processes.
Key Skills & Requirements:
o Previous experience in administrative support, preferably within energy management, facilities, or engineering.
o Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in handling data.
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
o Ability to work with databases and reporting tools (experience with energy management software is a plus).
o Good understanding of Permit to Work (PTW) processes or willingness to learn.
o Excellent communication and coordination skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
o Ability to multitask, work under deadlines, and manage workload efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications:
o Prior experience in energy, facilities, or environmental management is beneficial.
o Knowledge of health & safety regulations related to site access and PTW procedures.
o Basic understanding of energy audits and sustainability practices is an advantage.
