Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage high-level emails and respond promptly.
  • Handle Inbound & outbound calls with professionalism.
  • Perform data entry with a high accuracy & efficiency.-Maintain and update CRM, spreadsheets, and other records.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as filing and triaging emails.
  • Provide customer support & respond to enquiries.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Apply critical thinking to assess client situations, identify solutions, and improve processes.


Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience as B2C CSR for any financial campaigns.
  • At least 1 year of experience as B2B CSR.
  • B2 to A1 English Proficiency, both verbal and written.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in work. -Strong critical thinking & problem-solving skills.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication skills (written & verbal) Fluency in English is a must.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proven experience in data entry, administrative tasks, and email management.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Offer: $4 / hour + HMO (after 6 months tenure)
  • Set-up: Office-based
  • Workload: 40 hours/week
